VMS subscription covers the platform. Metered services such as Google Maps Platform are transparent — mapped into trips, routes, and distance so operations and finance share one source of truth.

Google Maps Platform

Paid Google APIs for map tiles, geocoding, and route geometry — used where live map, address search, and road-following distance matter.

GPS hardware agnostic

Works with common Bangladesh fleet trackers and telematics boxes. Device choice stays yours — VMS normalises positions, speed, ignition, and stops into one trip record.

Tracker API compatible

Inbound APIs and standard forwarding formats are mapped to the VMS vehicle, trip, and event model so fuel, billing, and reports use the same IDs as the rest of the platform.

100% data alignment

Live map, trip desk, fuel entries, client billing, and management reports read from one governed dataset — no parallel “GPS spreadsheet” outside VMS.

Playback & proof

Historical track playback, stop timeline, and export for disputes align with invoice lines and trip status — GPS evidence matches operational truth in the system.

Device hardware, SIM, and third-party tracker hosting are quoted separately unless included in your implementation proposal. Integration testing and go-live mapping are part of setup scope when agreed.

General terms

Pricing terms & conditions

  • VMS subscription is billed per active vehicle. 6-month and 12-month prepaid terms receive 15% and 20% discount on the monthly rate shown above.
  • Setup & implementation is quoted after scope review. Standard remote configuration, user setup, training, and go-live support are included where agreed in the proposal.
  • If a physical visit is required (on-site discovery, depot/branch setup, device support, or in-person training), travel and on-site service charges may apply and will be quoted before work starts.
  • Routine platform updates and commonly used transport-industry features are kept in standard scope. Major process changes, custom modules, integrations, or substantial reconfiguration may be chargeable after mutual agreement.
  • Autonemo aims to keep common, useful capabilities for Bangladesh fleet and transport operations available without extra fees when they are part of standard VMS use.
  • Third-party APIs (e.g. Google Maps Platform for maps, geocoding, directions / distance) are billed per the provider’s usage meters. Costs are shown separately, recharged at cost, or carried on the customer’s own cloud account — as agreed in the proposal.
  • GPS trackers, SIM cards, and vendor platform fees are not included in the per-vehicle subscription unless explicitly stated. VMS integrates and normalises telematics data; hardware procurement remains a commercial line item when required.
  • Prices shown are indicative. Final invoices may include applicable VAT and taxes. Payment schedule, SLA, and commercial terms are confirmed in the formal proposal or agreement.
